Through community, presence and centering, we enter into the realm of the heart of each individual. We have chosen the beautiful and majestic area of Uluru in the heart centre of Australia as our magical entry point for this journey.
We will explore grounding and chakra awareness as an introduction to self awareness, and begin our connection with the amazing, alive being called Uluru.
Through sacred ceremony, meditation and contemplation, we will deepen our connection with ourselves, each other and the earth, and open ourselves to what the Uluru can teach us.
Along with deepening heart awareness, we will look at balancing the feminine and masculine energy within, which opens us into a deeper aspect of self awareness.
The groups are being led by Beverley Howarth and Andrew Leitch, who are experienced in group leadership, facilitation and shamanic practices.
This experience is one that has the potential to be deeply transformational and enriching.

Notes of Interest:
It will be quite warm in the middle of the day. We have chosen to split the work at Uluru and Kata-Tjuta into an early morning and late afternoon session for this reason. We will be having a 2 hour group session on days 2 and 3 from 11 till 1, in a conference room at the resort.
There is a very well stocked IGA supermarket that is reasonably priced. There are also several dining options available from buffet to 5 star.
